These terms apply to quotes and bookings made through Switzerland Bus Rental (“we”, “us”) at www.switzerlandbusrental.com, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Your quote will confirm the vehicle, journey and price, together with any further conditions from the transport provider carrying out your journey.

Quotes

• Our service is 100% free to use and quotes are no-obligation.
• You only pay what you’re quoted — there are no hidden extras.
• Quotes are based on the details you give us (pickup, destination, date, times, passengers and luggage). If these change, the price may change.

Making a booking

• To make a booking we’ll need the number of passengers, your flight details where relevant, and your accommodation address.
• Vehicles should be booked at least 3 hours in advance, depending on availability.
• If you need to make changes to your booking, contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Payment

• Payment is made in full once you make your booking.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
• Our website is secured using SSL certification and no details regarding your credit/debit card will be stored.

Luggage and special requirements

• Extra luggage items such as bikes, golf bags, ski bags and surfboards may be chargeable. Please tell us about them when you ask for a quote.
• If anyone in your group uses a wheelchair, you must contact us before you make your reservation so we have time to select the most suitable vehicle.
• Please contact us in advance if you need a child seat.

Your information

When you send a quote request we use your name, phone number, email address and journey details only to prepare your quote, arrange your booking and contact you about it. We share them only with the transport providers needed to quote for or carry out your journey. The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.
